YSK Partners is a firm of accountants, tax practitioners and business advisors serving businesses across Ghana. We deliver the full finance agenda — audit and assurance, accounting and financial reporting, taxation, outsourced CFO and payroll, advisory and corporate services, risk and compliance, and systems and training — organised around nine sector practices, because a client does not want to hear that we offer accounting services. They want to hear that we know their industry.
We are a team of five professionals, including three Chartered Accountants, led by two partners who remain personally involved in every engagement.

Alfred Amankwah
Managing Partner

Alfred leads the firm's client relationships and its accounting, CFO and advisory practices. He holds an HND in Accountancy, a BSc in Commerce and a Masters in Accounting, and has spent his career building finance functions for owner-managed and growing businesses across Ghana. Every engagement the firm takes on has a partner personally accountable for it — for most clients, that partner is Alfred.
Clement Aidoo-Saah

Clement is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Accounting & Finance, a BSc in Commerce and an HND in Accountancy. He leads the firm's audit, assurance and tax work, and is the technical anchor on engagements where the numbers face a regulator, a lender or a donor. He believes an audit file should be able to defend itself — and builds every file that way.

Benjamin is a Chartered Accountant with 11 years in audit and assurance. He runs the firm's quality control function: every report, return and set of financial statements passes his independent review before it leaves the office. His job is to be the hardest reviewer the work will ever face — so the regulator, bank or donor reading it is not.

Statutory audits, properly structured.
We provide audit and assurance services, with statutory audits signed by our associated licensed practice, ERP & Associates. We conduct the audit; the opinion is issued by our associated practice. Internal audit, agreed-upon procedures, operations audits, forensic work and all other assurance engagements are issued in YSK Partners' own name.
